If you have logged into the Monster+HotJobs account that is generating your job alerts (the username that the email is coming from is located at the top of the email) and you do not have any search agents saved under your “My Searches” tab yet you are still receiving saved job alerts via email, please forward a copy of that agent to Support@hotjobs.com. Please do not send the agents as attachments.

To Access your Monster+HotJobs Account:

Return to the Sign In page by going to http://hotjobs.yahoo.com and clicking on "Sign In" on the top of the page. (Make sure you are being asked for a Yahoo! ID and not a Recruiter ID).

To recover your Password:

If you have forgotten your password click on the "Forgot your ID or Password?" link located at the bottom of the sign in page (once you have attempted to sign in). On the following page Select the "I forgot my Password" option and click on next. You will be asked to enter the Yahoo! ID that you are trying to recover as well as a verification code. These codes can sometimes be hard to read so if you have trouble viewing the code click on the "Try a different code" link to generate a new code that is easier to read. After you click “next” you will be prompted to select an email address where you would like your reset password email to be sent. You will be able to reset your password once you have completed the email.
