To provide you with a comprehensive set of results, we include job listings from organizations which have paid to have their listings posted on the Monster+HotJobs web site, as well as job listings that we've collected from across the Web.
The Monster+HotJobs search results pages separate listings from Sponsor Companies and Featured Results from Web Results so you can tell the paid listings from general web search results.
Sponsor Companies: Sponsor Companies are organizations that pay for premium placement in search results relevant to your query.
For example, if you search in the Accounting/Finance category, you'll see Sponsor Companies offering jobs in accounting or finance. Sponsor Companies appear based on the category you select, the keywords you enter, the location you choose, or a combination of these factors.
Within each Sponsor Company’s section, you are provided 2 links: one that directs you to their Monster+HotJobs profile page listing all of their jobs; and a link directly to the company’s own career page.
Featured Job Results: Featured results are relevant job listings from organizations that have paid Monster+HotJobs to have their listings posted on the Monster+HotJobs web site. The order of these results is determined by matching the search terms to the job title, description, and other information included in the job listing.
Sponsor Results: Sponsor results are sites that pay for placement in search results on keywords that are relevant to their business. These listings are provided by Overture Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Yahoo!, and appear on Yahoo! Search results pages and other sections of Yahoo!. You'll see Sponsor Results when they're relevant to the specific search terms you used. For example, if you search for "technology jobs," you'll see Sponsor Results for Web sites that provide information about technology jobs or education. The Monster+HotJobs search results pages separate Sponsor Results from other results so you can tell them apart.
Job Results From the Web: Web results are relevant job listings that have been collected from across the Web. The order of these results is determined by matching the search terms to the job title, description, and other information included in the job listing.
The Date field in the search results displays the date that a job listing was originally created, updated, or crawled from the Web.
