From the Resume Manager in your account you can view the statistics for your resume(s). If your resume is private, the statistics only apply to the period of time your resume was searchable.

  • "Found in search" is the number of times your resume was returned in search results when a search was performed.
  • "Viewed by employers" is the number of times your resume was viewed.
  • "Jobs applied to" is the number of times you have submitted your resume to a position via Monster+HotJobs. (This does not track the number of times you submit your resume to off-network jobs, such as those found in the “Job Results From the Web” section.)

Note: There is a 24-hour delay for your resume statistics. The statistics you see on the page are generated from the action your resume has seen prior to 24 hours ago.

We do not have information on specific recruiters who have found or viewed your resume.
