You can automatically create a free personal web page from your Monster+HotJobs account. A personal web page for your resume is an easy and efficient way to share your resume with prospective employers, family, or friends.

• From the Resume Manager, Click the "+" button located to the left of the resume title that you want to create a web page for.
• In the pull-down menu, click the "Create a Public URL" link.
• The page refreshes with the URL (web address) for your resume.
