Yahoo! HotJobs provides you with control over who sees your resume. If you want to make your resume viewable to recruiters, but block specific member companies such as your current employer, you can create a HotBlock.

To use this feature:

1. Click the "My Resume" tab. If you have not already done so, log in to your Yahoo! HotJobs account.
2. Within the "Search Settings" section located on the right side of the page, click the "Add a Company" button.
3. Type in the name of the company you don’t want to view your resume and click the "Search Companies" button.
4. Place a check in the box next to the name of the company you want to block and click the "Add Selected Companies" button. That company won’t be able to view your resume.
