In order to minimize duplicate applications, Monster+HotJobs only allows you apply to each job once. Unfortunately, once you have submitted an application you can not edit the cover letter or send one if you forgot to do so. If you have edited your resume or contact information and have already applied to a job, your updated information will be in our database. It will also be automatically updated on the company's side, in their Monster+HotJobs database of applicants. Every job you apply to goes to a database that lets the recruiter hyperlink to your resume. When they do, they will see the most current version.
