When are wins credited to the goalie?

In instances where a goalie is replaced for any reason (injury, benching, etc.) and his team wins the contest, the win is credited to the goalie who was on the ice when the winning goal was scored.

If two goalies combine to hold an opponent scoreless, no individual or shared shutout is awarded. NHL scoring rules require goalies to play the entire game in order to earn a shutout.
