The stats accumulated by my active players do not match my season Rotisserie totals. Why not?

It is very rare to be able to determine your season rotisserie totals by totaling the season stats accumulated by players currently in your active lineup. Please consider the following:

  • When you acquire a player via trade, free agency or waivers, you receive fantasy credit for only those stats accumulated while he is active on your roster. So, if you acquired John LeClair after he already accumulated 12 goals, those goals are never included in your fantasy totals.
  • For players who have been on your roster for the entire season, you might have placed them on your bench for one or more days during the season. Any stats accumulated by a player while on your fantasy bench is not included in your season totals.
  • Your season fantasy totals include the stats accumulated by players who were once active in your lineup but have since been traded or dropped.
So if you see that your goals-against average is higher than the GAA of all goalies in your roster, please consider the stats of players you have dropped or traded.
  • Your league might have started scoring after opening day of the 2005-06 season. Any stats accumulated before your league began are not included in your standings.

From your league page, you can click "Research and Analysis" and then "Team Log" to view your team log that includes the fantasy stats earned by all players.
