If, at the end of the season, two or more players in a Head-to-Head League finish tied in the standings, the following system is used to break the tie:
- Most total points.
- Most total wins.
- Most points in Week 23.
- Most points in Week 22.
- Most points in Week 21.
- Most points in Week 20.
- Most points in Week 19.
- Most points in Week 18.
- Most points in Week 17.
- Most points in Week 16.
- Most points in Week 15.
- Most points in Week 14.
- Most points in Week 13.
- Most points in Week 12.
- Most points in Week 11.
- Most points in Week 10.
- Most points in Week 9.
- Most points in Week 8.
- Most points in Week 7.
- Most points in Week 6.
- Most points in Week 5.
- Most points in Week 4.
- Most points in Week 3.
- Most points in Week 2.
- Most points in Week 1.
- Random "coin flip."
In the event that a playoff game ends in a tie, the deadlock is broken using the following system:
- Most team goals.
- Most team assists.
- Lowest team GAA.
- Highest team SV%.
- Most team wins.
- Most team shutouts.
- Most team powerplay points.
- Most team shots on goal.
- Most team penalty minutes.
- Most team plus/minus.
- Random "coin flip."
If a team does not meet the minimum goalie games requirement used in the league, they lose any tiebreakers involving goalie statistics.
