Create a Custom League and personally invite only those managers you want to join. As the league founder, or commissioner, you can configure virtually all aspects of your league, from the scoring system to the style of draft.
To join someone else's Custom League, you must get the League ID# and Password from the commissioner.
If you don't have a whole league of managers ready to sign up, join one of our Public Leagues and compete against a group of fantasy fans from around the world. All Public Leagues use the same default settings. You're randomly placed in a Public League with other managers who have chosen the same scoring system, draft type, and competition level.
In addition, all returning managers who won a Public League during the 2006-07 Yahoo! Sports Fantasy Hockey season may join one of our Winner Leagues. These highly competitive leagues, which will function as Public Leagues, are comprised only of former Public League winners.
All managers can join any combination of four leagues (Public or Custom, Head-to-Head, Rotisserie, or Fantasy Points).
