When an offer is accepted, the entire league is notified via email and the trade appears on all team pages. In a Public League, an objection of four or more managers within two days vetoes the trade.
While we hope that managers veto trades in good faith, we cannot interfere with the Public League trade review process.
In a Custom League set for league votes as the trade-review method, a protest from 1/3 of managers results in a veto. So, a 12-team league requires four votes for a veto. We always round fractions up, so a ten-team league also requires four votes, even though 1/3 of ten is actually 3-1/3. If the commissioner assumes control, only the commissioner can approve or veto trades.
If you have questions about the trade review process in a Custom League, please contact your league commissioner. The Yahoo! league office does not intervene in Custom League matters.
