Specific Settings

Scoring Categories: You can only add, remove, or edit scoring categories prior to the beginning of scoring for your league. After scoring begins for your league, you cannot add new scoring categories and you cannot remove existing scoring categories.

In a points-based league, the commissioner can modify the point value associated with each scoring category. This can be completed using the commissioner tools from the time of the draft until the deadline for modifications to the league settings has passed.

Roster Positions: You can only add new roster positions to your league before scoring begins for your league. After scoring begins, you cannot make any changes to the roster positions used in the league (e.g., the addition of another LW position, additional Bench positions).

League Standings: It isn't possible to manually adjust the standings in a league. Both Head-to-Head and Rotisserie standings are based on past results and cannot be manually edited. In a points league, the standings might change if the commissioner makes a change to the league's point modifiers before the deadline to edit league settings.

If a team in your league has been locked or is inactive, it isn't possible to remove this team from the league standings or playoffs. Playoff brackets are established in Head-to-Head Leagues based on the final regular season standings and cannot be manually adjusted.

Yahoo! Sports does not adjust playoff brackets within individual leagues.
