All Custom League Commissioners have a suite of tools to configure various parts of the game.

| Edit Custom League URL (All Season) | Create a custom web address (URL) for your league. |
| Commissioner's Note (All Season) | Permanently post any note of general interest to your league. |
| Edit Player Waiver Dates (All Season) | Change the date that any player currently on waivers will become a free agent. |
| Edit League Settings (Various Deadlines) | Edit the configurations you chose during registration. After the season begins, you cannot edit all settings. |
| Edit Stat Categories (Until League Starts) | Edit the scoring categories and point modifiers you chose during registration. |
| Edit Roster Positions (Until League Starts) | Edit the roster positions you chose during registration. |
| Invite Friends (Pre-Draft) | Send email invitations with details for joining your league. |
| Publish League (Pre-Draft) | Add your league to the published list of available Custom Leagues. |
| Change Retroactive Date (Until November 27) | Change the date on which your retroactive stats (if applicable) are processed. All updates include stats dating back to opening day. |
| Change Commissioner (All Season) | Hand over the commissionership to a manager in your league. |
| Edit League History (All Season) | Set the previous season(s) of your league to show the former winners and provide your league with instant access to archived seasons. A Custom League URL is necessary to activate this tool. |
| Delete Teams (Pre-draft) | Remove any team from your league and/or ban any manager from rejoining. |
| Assign Keeper Players(Pre-draft) | Assign players to rosters prior to the draft, in any round. Teams may have as many or few Keepers as you wish. Total number of Keepers per team does not have to be equal. |
| Custom Draft Order (Pre-draft) | Set the order in which managers make their picks. Managers may have multiple picks in the same round as long as all managers have the same number of total picks by the end of the draft. Pick order may be set to "snaking" (default) or "non-snaking." |
| Change Draft Type (Pre-draft) | Change the type of draft your league uses: Live, Autopick or Offline. |
| Change Draft Time (Pre-draft) | Change the day and time of your league's Live draft. |
| Change Draft Status (Pre-draft) | Choose when your Autopick league is ready for its draft. We'll assign players to rosters once you're ready. |
| Submit Draft Results (Pre-draft) | Submit the results of your league's Offline draft. |
| Edit Rosters (All season) | Change the roster of any team for the upcoming day. |
| Edit Transaction Numbers (All season) | Change the number of transactions made by a team. |
| Edit Waiver Priority (All Season) | Move any team up or down the waiver priority list. |
| Lock Managers (All season) | Prevent any manager from making any moves. |
