Response rate is defined as the aggregate of the following response behaviors: number of job-seeker searches that found your job, the number of times job seekers have viewed your job, the number of apply clicks, and the number of completed applies. You can see these statistics from the Jobs tab either by clicking the Detailed link or by clicking the show/hide icon next to a specific job. You can also view response statistics by running the Job Performance report. If you have the Job Detail page open, Job Performance Statistics are also displayed.
