The Candidate Pool Profile report displays information about the pool of candidates for a selected job over the length of time the job has been posted. Attributes of the posted job such as category, type, location, experience desired, and duration of the posting is displayed. A Job Candidates by Category graphic shows the breakdown of the most popular categories that candidates have listed on their resumes, while a Job Candidates by Location graphic shows you where most of your candidates are applying from. At the bottom of the page, the report lists the most frequently mentioned (up to 10) candidate job categories, candidate locations, experience levels, and education levels.
