The Job Performance report displays the statistics associated with your job's performance. A Job Performance graph tracks job-seeker responses over time (a date range you specify). Searches displays the number of times this listing has appeared in job seeker search results. Views are the number of times job seekers have viewed your job. Apply Clicks track the number of times job seekers have clicked “Apply Now” for your listing, and Completed Applies displays the number of actual resume submissions received. If candidates email you directly, those responses are not tracked by Yahoo! HotJobs and therefore Completed Applies will not be relevant.
At the bottom of the page is a table listing activities associated with the job, such as date refreshed or expired, as well as number of searches, views, apply clicks and completed applies for each date, and the apply rate (completed applies / number of views). To sort this table, click the header of the column you want to sort by. To change the date range of the report, use the From and To pull-down menus in the Refine Report section, and click Update Report.
