After a candidate fills out a questionnaire and submits an application, the candidate's resume and profile is associated with the job in the Yahoo! HotJobs database. The score on the candidate's questionnaire is compared to the minimum score you set as part of the job posting. If you specified that you only wanted to see information for candidates scoring at least the minimum you set, then only those candidates will appear when you view the list of candidates for your job.
