You can edit a questionnaire template only from the Tools tab. Click Questionnaire Templates and click Edit for the questionnaire template you want to change. When you edit a questionnaire template, the changes will be reflected in any new questionnaires you create based on that template, but will not automatically affect existing questionnaires based on that template.
