When you post a job and specify the apply process to be used, you can click Add a Questionnaire if you want to attach a questionnaire to help manage qualified job-seekers. If you do, and you have one or more existing questionnaire templates, you'll be taken to a page where you can choose the template you want to use. Click the name of the questionnaire template, to view it, or click Edit or Copy for the questionnaire template you want to customize. Save your questionnaire when you have finished customizing it, and you will be returned to your job apply process to complete the posting.
