A job template is a predefined job that you can use as the basis for other similar job listings, shortening the time required to create and post a job. If you post many jobs that have identical attributes (all in the same job category and location, for instance) you can create and save a job template that has these attributes pre-selected. You then only need to enter the information that differs from one job to another.
