Recruiter Tools are grouped under the Tools tab of your Yahoo! HotJobs Recruitment Center. Click the tool you want when you open the Tools tab. You can also access most of these tools from the other parts of the HotJobs Recruitment Center.

For example, when you create a job, links are provided to take you directly to Job Templates and Questionnaire Templates. When you are working in the Candidates tab, you can link directly to Email Templates and Address Book.

You can also run Reports when viewing your job listings (summary or detail) or candidate information (summary or detail). Job Export Settings are only accessible through the Tools tab.
