Names listed under Shared Jobs on the left side of the main job listing page are users you've shared jobs with, or users who have shared jobs with you. The initial owner of the job is listed in the Owner column for each job (i.e., if you shared a job with someone else, your name would appear as Owner; if someone else shared a job with you, their name would appear). If you are an Administrator, All Shared Jobs will appear as All Company Jobs. You can see all your company's jobs, regardless of shared status.
