HotJobs recommends that you do not include your e-mail address in your job listing to minimize spam and control the flow of candidate resumes. Yahoo! HotJobs also provides you with company profiles you can customize to appeal to the specific job-seekers you are targeting. While you may include contact information in your job description, we strongly discourage including anything in your job description that requires users to link to another location, email address, etc. If you wish, you can set up a Direct Apply process, which specifies that you want job applicants to send their resumes directly to an email address that you provide as part of the apply process. With the Direct Apply process, none of the standard HotJobs candidate management and statistical tracking functions are available to you.
