Please provide me some tips for improving the quality of my resume recommendations

Please follow the following rules to improve quality of your resume recommendations

  1. Use actual job titles whenever available - e.g. Use "Product Manager" instead of "Management of Products".
  2. Make sure that you are using spell-checked terms while inputting the job title e.g. avoiding simple mistakes such as "Product Manger" or "Account Recievables".
  3. Avoid extraneous information in the title - while it is useful to input a lot of information for the benefit of the job seeker, it unfortunately confuses HotHire only further.
  4. Avoid multiple job titles within the same description i.e. avoid terms such as "Cooks / Cashiers".
  5. Avoid usage of short-forms as much as possible e.g. please use "Product Manager" in lieu of "Prdct Mgr". However, common abbreviations such as "CNA" or "UED designer" are welcome.
