HotHire uses the contents of your job posting to match candidates from our resume database, providing you with real-time candidate recommendations for your specific listing. It is a great tool to use in addition to posting a job, since you are able to reach out to candidates yourself in addition to them applying to you.
Once purchased, you will need to do the following to access the product:
- Log into your account
- Click on your job title (either from the “Home” or “Jobs” blue tab at the top)
- Under the light blue box that says the title of your job, click on the link that says HotHire
- The system will automatically generate candidate resume results for you based on the verbiage in your ad
- You will see a list of candidates, and each time you click on a candidate’s name you use 1 “view” out of your 25 allotted.
- To ensure you are viewing appropriate candidates, we recommend clicking on the Improve Recommendations link after you click the HotHire link. There you will be able to refine the search criteria. (You will need to re-enter this criteria each time you search. Your search criteria is not saved).
