What is "add note" and how do I use it?

You can make a note about a candidate and attach it to the candidate's record for future reference. For example, a candidate might not be a good fit for one job but might show strong potential in another area.

To add a note, click the Add Note button on the candidate detail page. These notes will remain part of the candidate information if you copy the candidate to another folder or job.

To display notes, select the view of the resume with activity and notes.

You can also add a note as a cover message when you forward a resume. Notes added to forwarding emails are not permanently associated with the candidate's record.
