You can copy multiple candidate records from one job or folder into another job or folder. Open the job or folder containing the candidates you want to copy, select the candidates, and then click the Copy button. Choose the job or folder you want to copy to.
Note: Copying makes a duplicate candidate record. To remove a candidate from a job or folder, click the More Actions pull-down menu and select Remove Candidate from Folder.
When copying multiple candidates, they must all be in the same folder or associated with the same job.
