How do I copy a candidate's resume into a folder?

To copy a candidate's information from a job to a personal folder, or from one personal folder to another, open the job or folder listing and select the candidate. Click the Copy button and choose the folder you want to copy to.

Note: Copying makes a duplicate candidate record. To remove a candidate from a job or folder, click the More Actions pull-down menu and select Remove Candidate from Folder.
