Any time you take any action on a candidate, Yahoo! HotJobs automatically logs the activity. For example, viewing a resume, adding a note, forwarding a resume, and generating an automatic email response are four different activities taken with that candidate's information. You can use the Candidate Detail view of activity and notes to remind yourself of actions already taken with any candidate.
