Information about each candidate includes a column called My Ratings, which initially contains five gray stars. If you want, you can use the stars as a quick and easy way to rate each candidate. Click the number of stars you want to rate that candidate.

You can sort by number of stars, and change your rating at any time. Your rating system is unique and personal to you only; if you copy or forward candidate information to someone else, your rating system does not go with the candidate.

Use of the 5-star rating system is optional.
