To view a resume, click the name of a candidate on the Job Candidates listing page. To get to the Job Candidates listing page, click the name of a folder or job on the Candidates tab.

You'll also get a listing of job candidates when you run a saved search (see Yahoo! HotJobs Search).

Use the View pull-down menu to view candidate information in a separate window, letting you go back and forth between individual resumes and the candidate listing.

You can also switch between views using your browser's Back button, or click the Return to list link on the candidate detail page.

You can view a candidate's profile only, their profile with resume, or the resume with all the activity and notes posted within Yahoo! HotJobs concerning this candidate.
