Check to be sure you don't have hidden folders. You can show or hide each set of folders, using the show/hide icon next to the folder group name on the Candidates tab.

If you are viewing a personal folder, at the top of the Narrow the list section on the right you will see the personal folders you accessed most recently (up to four). Click Show more... to display other personal folders you can select.
