A candidate who submits an application for a job is associated with that job in the Yahoo! HotJobs database. Click the Candidates tab, then select the relevant job listing, to see all of that job's candidates, listed (by default) with the most recently received resumes first.
To sort on a different field, click its underlined column header. (If the column header is not underlined, it is not sortable.)
To refine the list of candidates, use the Narrow the List options on the right. The attributes shown are all represented in one or more of the candidate resumes listed. If you uncheck some of these attributes, the screen will refresh and only the resumes containing the remaining checked attributes will be displayed.
For example, to narrow the display of candidates to only those with five years' experience or more, uncheck any boxes showing less than five years' experience. The number in parentheses after each attribute shows how many resumes contain that criteria.
To restore the display to its original state, click Reset.
