The folders within Yahoo! HotJobs are provided to help you manage the volume of candidate information coming to you, but you do not have to use them. Candidates who apply to a job are automatically associated with that job listing, by default. To use another system to organize your candidate information, you can download all candidate profiles and resumes, or have them sent to you via email (see the Yahoo! HotJobs Jobs tab).
