Use the Candidates tab in Yahoo! HotJobs to view and act on all your candidates from one central point. Candidates who apply to a job are automatically associated with that job listing, and you can display all candidates for all jobs you're authorized to view using the All Candidates link on the Candidates tab. You can also manually associate jobs and candidates you find using Yahoo! HotJobs Search.

By narrowing the list of candidates and sorting on different profile data, you can display only candidates who most closely match what you're looking for.

You can organize and track candidates using any of the following functions.

• Copy candidate information into one or more folders based on your own criteria
• Forward candidate information to others in your company, adding notes if you want
• Set up email templates to automatically respond to candidates (see Yahoo! HotJobs Tools)
• Rate candidates using your own personal rating system (from 1 to 5 stars); your rating is not shared with others
