Ensure the searches are set to run on a daily, weekly, or biweekly frequency. Review the number of users with search licenses distributed to them and make sure no more than one of them have the same search set to run with the same email recipient as part of the search criteria. Saved search results in the email may be inconsistent compared to manually run search results due to the fact that saved search results are run at specified times. Candidates may be added and deleted during the time gap between your saved search and your manual search.
