Why did the site change to return less than 1000 resumes?
This was done to improve site performance which is very important to user experience. User studies show that most people do not review more than 500 results when running a search. The system was updated to reflect this and will present to the customer the most relevant 500 results when running a search. If you need to see more than these results, you will need to relax the search criteria.
