When I receive a saved search, it is addressed to someone else. What do I do?
When saved searches are migrated, everyone on the account gets the same 1-10 saved searches that were created on the old account. In many instances, the email address the saved searches were set up to send to are different addresses. At migration, the same is true, and when the saved search email is sent out, it will be sent from one unique recruiters account. Since it is being sent from this account, the saved search email will be addressed to this one person, but may be delivered to a different person’s email address. In order to fix this, you can instruct the one user to update their saved searches so they only send to themselves or not at all and instruct the other person to activate their saved searches and update them to send to themselves (provided they have a search license).
