What's the difference between deactivating and permanently deleting a user?

Deactivating a user prevents the user from logging into their Yahoo! HotJobs account. It doesn’t remove the user's information, job postings, products allocated, or candidates. A deactivated user can be reactivated later and regain full access to all the data they had before.

Permanently deleting a user removes that user's access to their information. A user deleted from an account cannot be reactivated.

The job posting and candidate information for a deactivated or deleted user can be moved to another user.
