To allocate use of any Yahoo! HotJobs Recruitment Center product to specific users, click Company Products on the Accounts tab. Find the product you want to allocate among various users and click the Distribute button. You can distribute up to the total quantity of products purchased. Products are pooled until specifically allocated (distributed) to your users. Pooled credits can be used by any user in the account. Once a product has been distributed, however, it can only be used by the person(s) to whom it was allocated.
