How can I find out what products my company has purchased?

To view a summary of all products your company has purchased, click Company Products on the Accounts tab. You can choose from the pull-down menu to view current or expired products.

Products are grouped by type, such as job slots, job posts, and search licenses. If you've purchased advanced features like bolding, or you're using Direct Apply credits, these will also be shown.

For each product you'll see the basic information applicable to that product: location covered, duration or term, expiration date, current status, quantity available for use, quantity pooled and distributed, and so on.

If you have undistributed products, you can distribute them from the Company Products page by clicking the Distribute button. Only Account Administrators have the privilege of distributing products and viewing all products purchased for that account
