When you receive a contract offer, the only information you can change is the date when you want each product or service to start or end.
To change a date in the list of Product Solutions on the contract, enter a new Service Start Date for any product whose date you want to change. The Service End Date will be updated based on the duration or term of the product purchased.
You can also enter a new Service End Date and the Service Start Date will be updated accordingly.
