If you’re the group owner or a moderator with the necessary privileges to delete a group, you’ll see the link to delete a group in the lower-right corner of the Management page.

Important: Deleting a group is permanent! Proceed with caution.

If you click the Delete group button, you’ll remove the group from Yahoo! Groups, unsubscribe all members, and eliminate all archives, shared files, and calendars.
