Moderators can:

• Send a warning message to the member.
• If the member continues to send inappropriate messages, you can either moderate the messages or turn off their ability to post to the group completely. Here’s how:
• Find the user in the Members area and click Edit Membership.
• Near the bottom of the page, click Edit next to "Posting Messages:".
• Change their Message Posting Privileges to either "Messages posted by this member are moderated" or "This member can't post messages."
• On the Members page, you can also click Remove in the upper right to remove anyone from the group.
• You can permanently ban the member by clicking Ban in the upper right of the Members area.
• Note: You can also unsubscribe or ban the author of an offensive message directly through links that appear next to their message, when reading messages on the web in the Group Archive.
