Here are two ways:

• Clicking [Empty] in the list on the left (next to Spam?), then click Confirm.

or

• Go to the Pending Spam folder, set Change all to: "Delete", then click Save Changes.

Note: Pending messages are automatically deleted from the Pending Spam folder after 14 days.
