There are two possible reasons:

1. Your group doesn’t have the Polls feature turned on. (The moderator has the ability to turn features on or off, or control who has access to them.)
2. Your group allows members to hide their email address from the group moderators. Unfortunately, the Polls feature is not compatible with this type of membership.
