- Click Files
from the list on the left side of your group’s page.
- There may or
may not be more than one folder with files in it. If there are multiple
folders, browse through them until you find the one where you’d like to
add the file. Then click Add File.
- Type the path
name or use the Browse button to find the file on your computer.
You must know the location of the file on your computer in order to upload
it.
- Type a
description for the file.
- If you’re the
moderator, you can select among the auto-delivery options.
- To send an
email message to the group announcing the file, check the box under "Notification".
- Click the Upload
File button.
Note: File upload only works with Netscape
Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer, version 3.0 or higher. If you use IE
v3.0, you’ll need to download a special software
patch from Microsoft.
