If you see that your group has been moved into an "adult" category* and you believe your group does not belong there, you will need to contact Customer Care to have it moved back into the correct category (once a group is behind the "adult wall", it can only be moved back by Customer Care).
However, before contacting Customer Care, take a look at all the different sections of your group (photos, files, links, calendar, etc.) to be sure that no one has uploaded any adult content. Sometimes groups are moved behind the adult wall simply because someone made a mistake, but usually it occurs because adult content has actually been added to the group (even if this was against the wishes of the group owner).
Note: If you're wondering how you know if your group has been moved to an adult category, you will notice two things if this happens:
- you will be asked to confirm that you are 18 or older before accessing your group (and if you are under 18, you will simply be unable to access the group).
- you will see adult sponsored ads, rather than normal ads, in the group.
