Replace an article

You have reached the maximum number of saved articles. Your oldest saved article will be replaced with the new one.

When replying to group messages, some users are experiencing problems with the text they typed not displaying in their reply message.  Instead only the text of the message they are replying to is showing.

The problem appears to be mainly affecting users of Outlook (and apparently Juno Web Mail), and it is only affecting replies to certain messages. We have determined it is caused by HTML formatting issues but are still investigating the precise cause and how to resolve the issue.

While we work to fully understand and fix this issue, affected users can resolve this problem immediately in one of two ways:

  • By replying to messages using plain text rather than HTML or rich text formatting.  If you are using Outlook as your email client, you can view how to send Plain Text here.
  • By switching their individual email subscriptions to "traditional" rather than "fully featured".

Alternatively, a group owner (or moderator with the power to change group settings), can change the group's setting to exclude attachments which will resolve the issue until we are able to resolve it at the root cause.
