If you're not receiving messages from a Yahoo! group, see this Help page which explains the most common causes for this problem.

If you are receiving messages but are seeing significant message delays, the problem may be a Yahoo! Groups issue or it may be a problem with the way your ISP is handling messages from Yahoo! Groups (sometimes ISPs will treat messages from groups and other listserves as "second class" mail and delay delivery).

Your best bet in these situations is to report the problem to BOTH Yahoo! Groups Customer Care and to your ISP's Customer Care.

When reporting messages delays to Customer Care, be sure to include the "full headers" from affected messages. Without these full headers, neither Yahoo! Groups technical team nor your ISP's will be able to effectively troubleshoot.
